Cypress Heights Academy Parents Association (CHAPA)

Cypress Heights Academy Parents Association (CHAPA) is responsible for coordinating the volunteer efforts of the various subcommittees. Meetings will be held every other month beginning in August.

Directive Committee consists of the following members:

CHAPA Committees
Directory/Yearbook: A committee that is responsible for the production of the student directory and yearbook. Responsibilities include: coordinating the compilation, printing, and distribution of the directory and yearbook. Time commitment/Meetings: flexible.

Spiritual Events: Living Stations, St. Joseph’s Altar, All Saints Day, Living Rosary, Birthday of Blessed Virgin Mary/CHA, and May Crowning. Each event will have one person who will be responsible for coordinating, promoting, set up/tear down, etc. Responsibilities include: Coordination, promotion, set up, tear down and communication about the event you are responsible for. Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to volunteer’s availability.
School Events: Christmas Program, Grandparents Day portion of All Saints Day, Mini Olympics and Mardi Gras Parade.
