Scouting
A committee that supports Boy Scout and Cub Scout troops within our school. Responsibilities include: coordinating and participating in scout activities time commitment/Meetings: meetings are held once a month
Uniform Sales
A committee that is responsible for organizing an annual used uniform sale Responsibilities include: promote, prepare, and coordinate sale Time commitment/Meetings: shift work for set up, take down, and during the sale
New Parents Welcome
A committee that welcomes newcomers to CHA Responsibilities include:coordinating and organizing one informational event(Parent Orientation) to be held at the school, distributing welcome packages, and one social event (brunch) at the beginning of each school year Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to volunteer’s availability
Teacher's Helpers
A committee that provides volunteer services to the teachers Responsibilities include: assisting teachers as needed (help set up classroom, make copies, etc.)Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to volunteer’s availability

Directory/Yearbook
A committee that is responsible for the production of the student directory and yearbook Responsibilities include: coordinating the compilation, printing, and distribution of the directory and yearbook Time commitment/Meetings: flexible
Room Mother Coordinator
A committee that assists the teachers in the classroom with various activities and functions throughout the school year Responsibilities include: coordinating and organizing various events such Teacher appreciation, parties for classrooms (i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc.), Field trips (fall and spring) Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to the function
Room Mother Assistant
A person that supports the Room Mother Coordinator Responsibilities include: assists the room mother coordinator as needed Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to the function
Hospitality
A committee that is responsible for organizing graduation and awards ceremonies and Open house Responsibilities include: coordinating and organizing graduation (PreK, K, and 8th grade graduation), Awards Day, and Open House Time commitment/Meetings: varies according to volunteer’s availability
